How to Create Estimate in Press Medium

This will help you in understanding steps to create Estimate

Below steps will help  to create an estimate in the Press medium

Step 1: Click on the Press app in the App section.

Step 2: Select Client & Brand and Click on ‘Create Estimate’ Button.

Step 3: Fill in all the mandatory details in the ‘Add New Estimate’ form and click on the Submit button.

Step 4: Below message appeared for successfully Estimate created, if you want to change estimate no. then edit the number and click on the ‘Update’ button.

Step 5: Now your Estimate No 999999 is ready for adding publications. Select Estimate No. 99999 from the list and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 6: To Create a New Entry in the Estimate, click on the  ‘Add New' button to add a new Publication/package entry.  And to copy entries from an existing Estimate, Click on the ‘Copy Estimate’ button.

Step 7: On the Add Publication form, fill in all the mandatory details and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Step 8: The publication entries added will be displayed under the concerned Estimate entries’ list

Step 9: Click the left side on scheduling and on the right side select publication and insert dates, select caption language as required.

Step 10: Check the created estimate entry, under the Estimate entries list having the status as ‘Approved / Unapproved’
